Website Privacy Notice
This covers the website only. The app is covered by its own policy, and the two are kept apart on purpose.
Effective date: August 4, 2026
Version: 2
Applies to: the FitTrack website at fittrack.blurbrands.com, operated by Blur Brands LLC
This notice covers the website. The FitTrack Android app is covered separately by the FitTrack Privacy Policy, and the two are deliberately kept apart: the app holds your training data on your device and sends it nowhere, while this website is an ordinary web server that can receive a message if you choose to send one. Collapsing them into one document would blur a distinction worth keeping.

At a glance
| Does the website have accounts? | No. There is nothing to sign up for. |
| Does it track me? | Only if you say yes. Nothing measuring runs until you answer the cookie bar. |
| Is refusing hard? | No. One click, same as accepting, and it sticks for six months. |
| What does it collect? | Only what you type into the contact form, if you use it. |
| Can I use the whole site without giving anything? | Yes. Every page works without the form, and works if you refuse everything. |
| Where are the cookies listed? | In the Cookie Policy, name by name. |
| How long are messages kept? | 12 months, then deleted. |
| Does the website receive my training data? | No. It has no connection to the app's data. |
| Does the app do any of this? | No. The app has no analytics, no ads and no cookies. |
1. The contact form
If you send a message through the contact form, the website stores what you put in it:
- The name you enter
- The email address you enter
- The message you write
- The date and time it was submitted
That is all of it. We ask for an email address only so a reply can be sent. The form is not connected to the app, and nothing about your training, body, or food diary reaches this website, and the app has no way to send it.
We use these messages to reply to you and for nothing else. They are not added to a mailing list, not used for marketing, not profiled, and never sold or shared.
We keep them for 12 months from the date you send them, and then they are deleted. If you would like your message deleted sooner, email support@blurbrands.com and it will be removed.
2. Cookies and analytics
This website uses analytics to measure how its pages perform and where visits come from. It is the ordinary kind: which pages get read, what people came looking for, whether a change made anything better.
None of it runs until you choose. When you first arrive, a bar asks. Until you answer it, the measurement code is held and allowed to store nothing. Accepting and refusing are one click each, sitting side by side, and refusing is remembered exactly as long as accepting is.
Turning a category off later does not just stop new storage. It deletes what that category already set, because a withdrawal that leaves a two year identifier in place is not a withdrawal. Cookie settings in the footer reopens the choice at any time.
Every cookie is named in the Cookie Policy, along with who sets it, what it does and how long it lasts. That page is generated from the same list the consent bar enforces, so it cannot quietly fall out of step with what the site actually does.
Refusing costs you nothing. No page, feature or download is withheld, and the contact form works exactly the same either way. Sending us a message is something you chose to do, not something we tracked, and it is never gated behind consent.
None of this exists in the app. The FitTrack Android app has no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK and no cookies, and nothing described in this section reaches it or comes from it.
3. What the website does not do
- No accounts, no logins, no profiles.
- No advertising networks, and no ads on this site.
- No selling or sharing of personal information, under any definition, including the CCPA's.
- No combining analytics with your message. If you write to us, that message is not attached to a browsing profile.
4. Server logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard web server logs, IP address, request time, page requested, and browser user agent, as almost every web server does, for security and to keep the site running. These are not used to build a profile of you and are not combined with contact form messages.
5. Who else can see it
Our hosting provider, which stores the website and its database on our behalf, as a processor acting on our instructions.
Google and HubSpot, but only for the analytics described in section 2, and only if you accepted. They never receive your contact form message, and they never receive anything from the app.
Otherwise, no one, unless we are legally required to disclose something.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, and to object to how it is used. Email support@blurbrands.com and we will act on it.
In practice this is a short list. If you never used the contact form and never accepted analytics, we hold nothing about you at all. If you sent a message, it is usually that one message, and it can be deleted immediately. If you accepted analytics, turning the category off in Cookie settings deletes what it stored on your device, and you can ask us to remove what reached the analytics provider.
There is no charge and we will not treat you differently for asking.
7. Children
The website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us a message, email us and it will be deleted.
8. Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, the effective date and version above change with it. Material changes will be noted on the website.
