Cookie Policy
What this website stores, who set it, and how to change your mind. The app is not part of any of it.
Effective date: August 4, 2026
Version: 1
Applies to: the FitTrack website at fittrack.blurbrands.com, operated by Blur Brands LLC
This policy covers the website. The FitTrack Android app sets no cookies, contains no analytics or advertising SDK, and has no connection to anything described here. Your training history stays on your phone, and nothing on this page changes that.

At a glance
| Does anything run before I choose? | No. Analytics and marketing storage are held until you answer the bar. |
| Is refusing the same as accepting? | No. Refusing is one click, same as accepting, and it sticks. |
| Will refusing break the site? | No. Every page works either way. |
| Will refusing lose my message? | No. The contact form works at every setting. |
| Can I change my mind? | Yes. Cookie settings in the footer reopens the choice. |
| Does the app do any of this? | No. |
1. What a cookie is doing here
A cookie is a small file a site asks your browser to keep. Some are needed to serve pages at all. Others exist to measure how the site is used, or to connect a visit to a marketing campaign. We group them into three categories, and you control two of them.
Nothing in the analytics or marketing categories runs until you choose. The choice is recorded before any measurement code is allowed to store anything, not after.
2. The categories
The tables below are generated from the same list the consent bar enforces, so what is published here and what the site actually gates on cannot drift apart.
Strictly necessary
Keeps the site up, keeps the contact form working, and remembers this choice. This one cannot be switched off.
| Cookie | Set by | What it does | Kept for |
|---|---|---|---|
ft_consent | Blur Brands | Stores the choice you make here. | 6 months |
Analytics
How pages perform and where visits come from.
| Cookie | Set by | What it does | Kept for |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics | Tells repeat visits apart and groups page views into a session. | 2 years |
hubspotutk | HubSpot | Identifies a browser across visits and links it to a contact record. | 6 months |
__hstc, __hssc, __hssrc | HubSpot | Records the session and how you arrived. | 30 minutes to 13 months |
Marketing
Campaign measurement and retargeting.
Nothing is set here today. If a campaign ever runs, the cookies it uses are named in this table before it starts.
3. Changing your mind
Cookie settings in the footer of every page reopens the bar with your current choices showing. Change them and save.
Turning a category off does two things. It tells the vendors to stop storing, and it deletes the cookies that category already set. Withdrawing consent that left a two year identifier in place would not be a withdrawal, so we remove them rather than only stopping new ones.
You can also clear cookies in your browser settings at any time. If you do, the bar treats you as a new visitor and asks again.
4. What refusing actually costs
Refusing costs us the ability to see which pages are worth writing and where visitors came from. It costs you nothing.
- The contact form works at every setting. Sending a message is something you chose to do, it is not tracking, and it is never gated. Refusing will not lose an inquiry.
- No page, feature or download is withheld.
- You are not asked again on every page. The answer is remembered for six months.
5. Who the third parties are
Google provides the analytics that measure page performance. HubSpot provides the marketing and campaign tooling. Both are told to hold all storage until you accept, using their own consent controls, and both are told to stop and stay stopped if you decline.
Neither receives your contact form message. That form is our own, it stores what you send on this website, and it is covered by the Website Privacy Notice.
Neither receives anything from the app, because the app sends them nothing.
6. How long the choice is kept
Six months, then the bar asks again. An expired or unreadable answer counts as no answer, which means nothing runs until you make a new one.
7. Changes to this policy
If the set of cookies changes, this page changes with it and the version above goes up. When the change is material, every stored choice is invalidated and the bar asks again rather than assuming an old answer still covers something new.
