Data Deletion
There is no account to close and no request to file. Deleting your FitTrack data takes two taps and does not involve us.
Effective date: August 3, 2026
App: FitTrack for Android (com.blurbrands.FitTrack), published by Blur Brands LLC
Contact: support@blurbrands.com
FitTrack has no user accounts. There is nothing to sign up for, nothing to log into, and no profile held on our servers, because we operate no servers that receive your fitness data. Your training data is stored on your device.
That means deletion is immediate, self-service, and does not require our involvement or approval.
Delete all your FitTrack data
Choose either method. Both are irreversible.
Method 1, from inside the app
1. Open FitTrack 2. Go to Settings 3. Tap Reset All Data and confirm
This erases your profile, training plan, workout history and summaries, lifetime totals, body weight and measurement history, personal records, custom exercises, your food diary and saved foods, and your nutrition and reminder preferences.
Method 2, uninstall
Uninstalling FitTrack removes the app's private storage, including everything listed above.
Related data you may also want to remove
Your Android backup. If Android Backup was switched on, a copy of FitTrack's data may exist in your own Google account backup. It is not accessible to Blur Brands or to any other company, and we cannot delete it for you. Remove it in Android Settings → Google → Backup.
Files you exported. If you used Settings → Backup → Export to File, that JSON file is your copy, wherever you chose to save it. It is not deleted by Reset All Data or by uninstalling, and we cannot delete it because we never received it. Delete it like any other file, and remember to check any cloud drive you may have copied it into.
Health Connect. FitTrack only ever read from Health Connect and never wrote to it, so there is no FitTrack data to delete there. To stop all future reads, revoke access in
Health Connect → App permissions → FitTrack. Data recorded by other apps remains in Health Connect and is managed there.
Subscription record. If you subscribed to FitTrack Pro, our subscription provider (RevenueCat, Inc.) holds an anonymous identifier and your Google Play purchase receipt, no fitness data of any kind. To request deletion of that record, email
support@blurbrands.com with the subject line "Delete subscription record" and your Google Play order number. We will process it within 30 days.
Two things to know before you do: deleting the record does not cancel your subscription (cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions), and it may prevent Pro from being restored on a future device.
Requesting deletion by email
If you cannot access the app (for example, your device was lost), there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf, because we never held it. The data went with the device. If you believe otherwise, or you have any other request, email support@blurbrands.com and we will respond within 30 days.
