FitTrack Pro

Everything you log, fully coached

The free app is a complete record of what you did. Pro is the part that tells you what to do next, and it only works because of the months you already logged.

Know what to lift next

FitTrack reads your last session on every lift and tells you whether to add weight, hold or back off, with the reasoning behind it.

Deload before you stall

Your last six weeks read for flattening progress, slipping strength, volume spikes and missed rest days.

Nutrition coaching

Your daily calorie and macro targets, plus a fuel score that grades what you actually ate.

Unlimited PRs, worked out for you

Track every lift instead of five, and let FitTrack estimate a one-rep max from the sets you already logged.

A food diary that stays on your phone

Log meals against your daily targets and save the ones you eat often. You type them, there is no food database and nothing is looked up over the network.

Reminders at the hour you actually train

FitTrack works out your usual training time from sessions already on the device, so the nudge lands when you train rather than at a fixed hour you set once.

Nutrition coaching

Graded against the training it was meant to support

Free gives you Food Check, which turns protein, carbs and fat into calories and an energy split. Pro sets your daily targets from your body and your training, then scores the day against them and explains the number.

The day below scores 61. It is under on calories and the app says so. A score you cannot fail is not a score.

Real captures from the app, running an invented profile. The app ships in six accent colors and these were taken in the default.

The whole split

Pro never sells you back your own data

Everything you enter stays yours to see, on either tier. What Pro sells is the work the app does on top: coaching, estimates, rebuilding, deeper analysis. The recovery map is free, in full, because it is the best thing in the app and gating it would be the wrong trade.

The free limits, stated plainly: five personal records entered by hand, one session a day, and your top five lifts charted. Nutrition coaching and the food diary are the paid parts, and Food Check itself is never locked. How far back your history goes is not a limit either. Detail trims at 500 workouts for everyone, older sessions compress into summaries rather than being deleted, and every total and score is worked out from the full record. Nothing you logged stops counting because you did not pay.

Price

About what a soda costs

Monthly

$2.99

Per month, cancel any time.

Yearly

$24.99

Per year, which works out at $2.08 a month. Around 30 percent less than paying monthly.

Coming soon to Google Play

Billed through Google Play. Prices vary by country and may change, and the price and billing period that apply to you are shown in Google Play before you confirm. That displayed price is the one that governs. Free trials are offered from time to time, usually on the yearly plan and usually to new subscribers, and Google Play states whether one applies to your purchase and how long it runs. There is no lifetime or one-time option.

What paying does not change

Stopping costs you nothing

Cancel and every workout stays on your phone. Some views close, nothing is removed, and resubscribing opens them again straight away. We do not delete data because someone stopped paying, and never will.

Still no account

Paying does not create one. Your subscription follows your Google account, so a new phone means installing FitTrack and tapping Restore Purchases. Your training data moves by your own backup or export, never through us.

Still on your device

Pro is coaching that runs on your phone, not a service that reads your data somewhere else. The only thing that leaves is an anonymous check that your subscription is active, carrying no training, body or health data at all.
